Nucleus Construction (Private) Limited was incorporated in Islamabad in April 2019, with a clear mandate: to deliver engineering-grade construction on schedule, within budget, and without compromise on quality. In the years since, the company has built a verified project portfolio exceeding Rs. 1.9 billion — with every project either directly supervised by Army Housing Directorate, DWC WAH Cantt, or independently certified by the commissioning client.
Today, Nucleus Construction holds an active Pakistan Engineering Council Constructor Licence (C4/16752) and is enlisted with Military Engineer Services as a Category 'D' government contractor — authorised to bid and execute across all major construction and civil-electrical works categories throughout Pakistan.

Six Years of Verified Delivery
CEO Jamshaid Saleem commenced delivery of Askari Apartments DHA Phase-5 Block 4 & 5 — a Rs. 1.05B project supervised by Army Housing Directorate, establishing the operational foundation of Nucleus Construction.
Nucleus Construction (Private) Limited incorporated under SECP on 10 April 2019. FBR registration completed. Commenced PSU Barrack construction at WAH Cantonment Taxila.
Completed PSU Barrack project; commenced Block 6 GHQ Askari Apartments and Askari-XIII Block 3 — extending the company's government housing credentials to three simultaneous major projects.
Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (22 Jan 2022). Commenced Luxus Emporio-I TopCity and Brigadier Houses WAH Cantt. Bank Alfalah current account established (27 Aug 2021).
PEC Constructor Licence No. 16752 issued (21 Oct 2022). Completed Askari-XIII Block 3 and Luxus Emporio-I — company total portfolio crosses Rs. 1 billion.
Commenced Safia Ahmad Tower DHA-2. Delivered Makani Office and Al Wakeel Group renovation. Police character clearances and SSP firm verification secured.
Enlisted as a Category 'D' Government Contractor with Military Engineer Services (9 Jan 2025, Ref D-120). Security clearance valid to March 2029. Completed Safia Ahmad Tower DHA-2.

Parking Development
Design and construction of multi-level and basement parking structures integrated into commercial and mixed-use developments.
Interior Fit-Out
Complete interior fit-out services including tile work, plastering, false ceilings, joinery, and finishing for residential and commercial interiors. Delivered for corporate offices and luxury residences.
Electrical Systems
End-to-end electrical works: LT/HT systems, distribution boards, conduit wiring, lighting, earthing, and commissioning. PEC-licensed (EE01–EE04, EE06–EE08, EE10).
Solar Energy Systems
Design, supply, and installation of grid-tied and off-grid solar photovoltaic systems for residential, commercial, and institutional clients. PEC-licensed (EE11 Solar).
Geotechnical Investigation
Site investigation and geotechnical analysis to inform foundation design and structural engineering decisions for major construction projects.
